Job Title:  HR Manager

Reporting to: COO

Location: Waterloo, London


Job Summary 

Work across all aspects of Lumeon’s business in the UK and US, ensuring its People strategy and operations align to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support, guidance and coaching on all HR issues
  • Deliver an operational service including working with finance to deliver UK and US Payroll and overseeing commission plans and Options scheme.

Reviewing policies and procedures in line with business and legal requirements

  • Advise on employment law and changes that will affect the Company in the UK and US
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and HIPAA requirements and take part in annual audits
  • Manage recruitment processes
  • Manage training and development, including the annual Appraisal process
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of headcount and other costs in conjunction with Finance
  • Organising staff event such as the Christmas party 

Essential Experience

  • Commercial understanding of business and the positive impact of HR on operational performance
  • Seasoned breadth and depth of Human Resources exposure, should have extensive post graduate experience working in an operational environment
  • Must have worked in a high growth software/SaaS company

Preferred Experience 

  • People and relationship management and leadership
  • Experience working with US based staff and remote workers
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with people at all levels of the organisation; ability to promote an accountable and collaborative team-based environment
  • Planning capabilities, both strategic and responsive

Additional Requirements

  • Educated to a degree level, or equivalent
  • CIPD qualified
