Job Summary

This role provides Office Management support to Lumeon, managing Office Administration and PA duties to the Executive Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • High level Office management duties, including managing all refits, refurbishment projects and manage the office lease
  • Manage and support the Office Assistant, acting as escalation of all Office Management issues
  • PA and diary management activities to the CEO and Executive Management team
  • Managing office travel and bookings
  • Attend board meetings, producing reports and taking notes/minutes
  • Assist with event management
  • Proving ad hoc assistance with HR projects

Essential Experience

  • Office management and HR admin experience
  • Experience working with and assisting board and exec level managers
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills essential


Additional Requirements

  • Secondary school qualifications/high education or degree level qualifications
