Lumeon has been working with a leading US academic medical center to deliver automated appointment reminders in order to make the patient journey more convenient for patients and minimize no-shows.

The provider came to Lumeon as they wanted to improve upon the situation with their incumbent vendor, to improve flexibility for patients and bring control over editing and updating appointment reminders completely in-house. They were also looking for a solution that would help them gradually introduce further innovation into patient journeys in the longer-term.
