Jeff is an experienced customer success strategist, with over sixteen years’ experience growing operational, sales and service line departments within start-up and enterprise environments.

He has extensive experience in the Telcoms, SaaS and IT consultancy sector, having held the position of Director of Service Operations at companies including PassivSystems, Affinity, Viatel and RSL COM.

Jeff was also Head of National Service Centre for Volkswagen Group, where he headed a team of over 300 people, helping the company achieve the highest possible quality scores as rated by the automobile industry.
