Keck Medicine of USC has successfully deployed Lumeon’s virtual check-in solution, helping them to re-open for non-essential care, and safely ramp up volume.

The solution allows patients to safely wait in their car. Patients text ‘READY’ upon arrival and Lumeon automatically notifies them to stay in their car, until a scheduler releases them when the doctor becomes available.

Everything is synchronized with their Cerner EHR and automated appointment reminders, also provided by Lumeon.
